Review

For couples who already have a timeline and want a professional read before the day.

Timeline Gut-Check

A focused read of the plan you already have. I do not rebuild the schedule.

How it works

  • You send your timeline, vendor list, and ceremony order at least 48 hours before the call
  • I review timing, buffers, processional, and vendor arrivals
  • We meet for 30 minutes on Zoom
  • You receive a one-page list of what to fix, in order of importance

What I do

  • Mark gaps, collisions, and places the day will run long
  • Tell you what to change before you share the plan
  • Say clearly if the day still needs a full Build

Not included: a new timeline, vendor outreach, rehearsal, or day-of support.

Day-of Pack + Review

The Two Tulips planning sheets, then a call once you have filled them in.

How it works

  • After booking, I send the document pack
  • You complete the sheets first
  • You return them at least 48 hours before the call
  • We meet for 30 minutes and walk through what you entered
  • You receive a one-page list of what to fix

What I do

  • Give you the sheet structure I use on a Build
  • Read what you filled in and flag weak spots
  • Advise on order, buffers, and who should hold which task

Not included: I do not complete the sheets for you, and I do not create a new timeline.

Build

We plan the wedding day together. Each tier adds more of my time around the same core work.

Essential

For couples who have booked the wedding and need a professional timeline and vendor plan.

How it works

  • Inquiry and booking. You receive the intake questionnaire.
  • You return vendors, ceremony order, getting-ready location, and family notes.
  • One 60-minute planning call.
  • I prepare the first draft of the day-of timeline and vendor confirmation language.
  • You review. One revision.
  • Final files delivered digitally, with a day-of checklist.

What I do

  • Study what is already booked and find where timing will catch
  • Build the day-of timeline with you
  • Prepare the language you use to confirm each vendor
  • Deliver a checklist for the morning of

Not included: extra coaching calls, a full playbook, point-person training, or day-of text support.

Full Month-Of

The planning month. I stay with the timeline, set the vendor plan, and brief your point person in writing.

How it works

  • Same intake and first planning call as Essential.
  • We build the timeline, then stay in contact while vendors confirm.
  • Two additional planning calls during the month.
  • I prepare the vendor communication plan and the contingency playbook.
  • I prepare a written day-of briefing for your point person.
  • Final handover call. Materials go to you and to that person.
  • A limited text window on the wedding day, hours named in the agreement.

What I do

  • Everything in Essential
  • Stay with the plan as details settle
  • Set who contacts each vendor, and when
  • Prepare the playbook for weather, a late vendor, and a timeline that slips
  • Send your point person a written briefing
  • Remain available by text for the hours we agreed

Premium

Same as Month-Of, plus I train your point person on a live call. You also get a beautiful printable folder, a second timeline pass, and faster replies.

How it works

  • Everything in Month-Of, from inquiry to handover.
  • A 90-minute live call with your point person: what they can decide, what they bring to you.
  • Two rounds of timeline revisions.
  • A beautiful printable folder for the person running the day.
  • Priority replies during the planning month.

On-site presence is quoted separately and only when it suits both of us.

How to start

Send the date, venue, guest count, and whether you already have a timeline. I recommend Review or Build, and which Build tier fits. I reply within two business days. No call is required to begin.

Questions

Are you there on the day?

Not unless we have booked on-site separately. Two Tulips is remote planning: the timeline, the brief, and — on Premium — a live training call for your point person.

What is Review vs Build?

Review is for a plan that already exists. I read it and mark what will catch. I do not rebuild it. Build is when we create the day-of plan together.

What is the difference between Month-Of and Premium?

Month-Of includes a written briefing for your point person. Premium adds a live training call with that person.

Do I have to get on a call to start?

No. Send the inquiry. I reply within two business days with the right path. Review and Build both include a call after booking, not before.

What currency are the prices?

All listed prices are in USD. That keeps one list for U.S. and destination couples. Canadian weddings use the same numbers in USD unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Why do you ask where we are?

Time zone for calls, and whether on-site is even possible. It is not used to change the published package price.
