Most “day-of coordinator” searches are looking for a body in the hallway: cue the processional, meet the florist, keep Uncle Marc out of the photos. That is real work. I used to do it in person. Two Tulips still can — as a quoted on-site add-on.

The default is remote day-of coordination. I build the timeline, the vendor plan, and the backups. Then I brief — and on Premium, train — the person who will actually hold the day. They are not guessing from a group chat.

What day-of coordination includes

  • A working timeline, not a list of hoped-for times
  • Who contacts the florist, the DJ, the officiant — and when
  • A cue sheet for ceremony and reception
  • A plan for rain, a late vendor, and a window that disappears
  • One person named to hold the folder

If nobody is named, you do not have day-of coordination. You have a PDF.

Remote day-of — Month-Of and Premium

Full Month-Of ($1,797–$2,497 USD) is the planning month plus a written briefing for your point person and a limited text window on the day.

Premium (from $2,797 USD) adds a 90-minute live training call with that person, a printable folder, and two timeline revisions. This is the remote version of standing next to them.

I am not pinning boutonnieres or moving chairs. I am making sure the person who is there knows what they can decide. Read how to run a wedding without an on-site coordinator.

On-site day-of

If you want me in the room after the remote work is done, that is quoted individually. It typically starts at $4,500–$8,000+ USD plus actual travel. It is only booked when it suits both of us — not a cheap add-on, and not a substitute for skipping the plan.

Already have a timeline?

You may only need a $150 Gut-Check, not a full coordinator. I will tell you if the day still needs building.

Day-of vs month-of vs full planning

Day-of is Saturday. Month-of is the month that makes Saturday possible. Full wedding planning is the year of vendors, design, and budget — which Two Tulips does not sell as a standard package. If the venue is booked and you need the day to run, you are in month-of / day-of territory. The comparison is on full wedding planning vs month-of.
