Two Tulips A wedding planning document only matters if someone can stand in a parking lot and use it. The Two Tulips pack is the same structure I use on a Build: timeline, vendors, ceremony order, and who holds which task.
It is not a downloadable shop of 40 Canva pages. It is the job file, sent to you, then reviewed on a call.
What’s in the Day-of Pack
- Day-of timeline — built with buffers, not a wish list of hours
- Vendor sheet — who is coming, how to reach them, what they owe the day
- Ceremony and getting-ready order — processional, arrivals, and the morning sequence
- Who holds which task — so the couple is not the help desk
On a Build I also prepare vendor confirmation language, a morning-of checklist, and — on Month-Of and Premium — a written briefing and contingency playbook. Premium includes a printable folder for the person running the day.
Day-of Pack + Review — $250 USD
I send the document pack. You complete the sheets first so the call is useful. We meet for 30 minutes. You leave with a one-page list of what to fix. I do not complete the sheets for you on this path, and I do not create a new timeline.
Two ways to use the documents
You fill them. That is the Pack. Good if you want the structure and a professional read, and you will do the typing. How the review path works.
We fill them together. That is Essential, Month-Of, or Premium. I study what is booked, we build the timeline, and the documents come back completed. If the Pack call shows the day still needs building, I will say so and point you there.
What these documents are not
- A guest list spreadsheet or seating-chart app
- A budget tracker or vendor marketplace
- Etiquette pages about invitation wording
Those are useful. They are not how Saturday runs. Saturday runs on sequence, contacts, and one person holding the folder.
