A virtual wedding planner (also called a remote wedding planner or online wedding coordinator) does the planning work that used to require being in the room: the timeline, the vendor confirmations, the backups, and who holds which task on the day.
I am not there in person unless we have booked on-site separately. That is the honest line. The work is still the work I used to do when I ran full weddings — delivered so you, or the person standing next to you, can carry it.
What you get
- A day-of timeline with buffers, not a wish list of times
- Vendor confirmation language you can actually send
- A plan for rain, a late arrival, and a timeline that starts to slip
- A briefing for whoever is running point — written on Month-Of, live-trained on Premium
See how each package works, start to finish.
What this is not
It is not an on-site coordinator. I do not cue the processional in the hallway, pin boutonnieres, or move chairs. If you need a body in the room, that is a different hire — or my on-site add-on, quoted separately. Read how day-of coordination works here.
It is also not full-service wedding planning. I do not pick florals, source a venue, or rebuild a wedding you have not booked yet. Two Tulips starts when the day already has a shape.
Who remote planning is for
DIY couples who have booked the wedding and do not want to become the day-of coordinator.
Destination couples planning from another city or country. Because the work is online, location does not change the package.
Whoever got asked to “just help on the day.” A maid of honor, a parent, a coworker. Premium exists so that person is trained, not abandoned with a spreadsheet.
If that last one is you, read how to run a wedding without an on-site coordinator.
Review vs Build
If you already have a timeline, I can read it and tell you what will catch. That is the $150 Gut-Check. I do not rebuild it on that path.
If the day still needs building, we do it together: Essential for the core plan, Month-Of if I stay with you while vendors confirm, Premium if I train your point person live.
Prices, in USD
Timeline Gut-Check $150. Day-of Pack + Review $250. Essential from $997. Full Month-Of from $1,797. Premium from $2,797. Full ranges are on the packages page.
Why this, not another online planner
Five-star Google reviews from in-person weddings I ran myself. This is not a new virtual business finding its footing. It is the remote version of work already done in the room. I am Faye Latulippe, based near Fernie, BC, working with couples in the US, Canada, and destination weddings worldwide.
