When people think they need full planning — and do not

The venue is booked. Catering is booked. You have a photographer. What is left is sequence, buffers, family photos, and a person who is not you holding the folder. That is not a 12-month retainer. That is month-of. Sometimes it is only a timeline review.

What I kept from full-service work
